Why I Started Building Resilient Futures

I launched Building Resilient Futures because, like many young people, I’ve grown up in a world defined by uncertainty. Rather than just stressing about the future, I wanted to create something that helped people make sense of it. The podcast brings together founders, investors, creatives, and leaders to share practical lessons on resilience, adaptation, and long-term thinking.

We dive into sustainability, entrepreneurship, AI, career transitions, and the realities of an evolving job market; but always through the lens of what listeners can actually do with the insights. My aim has never been to simply discuss interesting ideas. It’s to give people real tools, strategies, and mindsets they can use to navigate change with confidence.

Building Resilient Futures is ultimately about understanding how others have overcome challenges, and using those stories to help us all adapt, grow, and thrive in a world that won’t sit still.
